Our specialty is booking 6 month stays in Whistler, in advance from anywhere in the world.
We book individual rooms, not complete houses.
We don’t overlap seasons as we need time every 6 months to deep clean each property and to do any necessary repairs in order to keep our properties in great condition.

P = Private Room C = Couple Room S = Shared Room
Private Rooms are best if you are traveling on your own. Couple Rooms are best designed for couples and Shared Rooms are great for two friends looking to spend the season together.

All prices are per person
Shared Rooms: maximum 2-people per room. If you are a couple you would be in a shared room, just sharing with your partner!
Private Rooms: maximum 1-person per room.
Prices include: All your rent, Wifi, Netflix, property furnishings, bi-weekly cleaning for common areas and on call maintenance.
Damage Deposits: All rooms require a $500 damage deposit to cover any damages or costs that you may incur during your stay. This is a separate charge not included in the pricing below. Damage deposits will be refunded in full after your stay if there are no damages to your room or charges on your account.
Hydro and Electricity: This is an extra $500 charge on top of the price you see. We organize all of your Hydro and Electricity Bills and then subdivide them between all the guests in the house. We send you copies of the bills each month and if at the end of the season, the total amount paid is less than $500.00 per person we will send you a refund for the amount outstanding.
Sending Payments: We only accept payments from abroad through our merchant services provider Rent Moola. If you already have a Canadian bank account set up we will happily accept electronic email transfer payments and if you are already in resort we will happily accept cash payments.

All room rates are per person. All Shared/Couple and Ensuite rooms are maximum 2 people
