To provide our guests with long term accommodation so they can have the amazing Whistler experience.

We want to assist you in creating the experience of a life time. Many people go on long trips only once or twice in their whole life, why not make the most of yours! We are seasoned Whistler locals with lots of knowledge and experience. We are here to help you and to make sure you get the most out of your stay with us.

Hannah Edleston

Hannah came to Whistler in 2012 and hasn't looked back since.  Previously she had a corporate background working for Johnson and Johnson but decided that a more adventurous life was for her.  She left the corporate life, travelled for a number of years before finding Whistler on her journey and deciding that this was the place for her.  She's never looked back.

 


CHRIS BROOK

Chris was actually a Ride On Whistler guest when he first moved to Whistler. He liked the place so much he decided to stay. A dual Canadian and British citizen, Chris has travelled the world as a member of Her Majesty’s Royal Air Force and as a maritime security contractor. Chris loves skiing and staying fit through his tortuous military style workouts.

Our knowledgeable staff will help guide you through the whole booking process and make sure you are comfortable throughout your stay with us. WE ARE A LOCAL BUSINESS

We are a proud local business based in Whistler since 2011 and we don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. We have a local business license and a listing with the Whistler Chamber of Commerce. We also give back to our community through our volunteer efforts and as a member of our local Rotary Club. Our vast local knowledge is available to help guide you through the whole booking process and answer any questions you have along the way.

You are getting more than just accommodation when you book through us, you are getting the experience of a lifetime. We want to create an environment that feels like home thats why we thoroughly screen each and every person staying with us. That means putting like minded people together. We want our guests to create life long friendships while they are here in Whistler which is why we carry out reference checks and personally interview each potential guest to ensure that they fit with our style of accommodation.

Between our socials and excursions our aim is for you to remember your stay with us forever! With over forty bed spaces, you are sure to meet a great riding buddy, someone with similar interest or even someone from your home town at one of our events. 

YOUR SECURITY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY

We never share any of your personal information with anyone because good relationships are ones built on trust. We also use payment systems at protect you as the customer. Rentmoola is a Vancouver based merchant service provider that we use to process all of our initial and secondary payments. Accounts are easy to set up and their customer support team is happy to help if you have any questions. They act as a barrier of protection between your sensitive payment information and us. We never take credit cards over the phone or ask for wire transfers from abroad. This is ensure that your sensitive information remains as secure as possible and to give you piece of mind. 

EVERYTHING IS HERE WHEN YOU ARRIVE

We want to make getting here a great experience. We have been on that 24-hour flight from Australia ourselves and know how bad it can be. That is why when you arrive your bed is already made, your towel is right there ready for that much needed shower and your Wi-Fi is already set up to let your friends at home know you have arrived safe.  Our Welcome Pack will also provide you will all the necessary information and tools to do all the important things like set up a bank account or purchase Tenant insurance. 

WE TAKE CARE OF YOU DURING YOUR STAY

We have a great team here at Ride On Whistler. Our staff are here to make sure your stay in Whistler is one to remember. Have something wrong in the house? Our maintenance staff can take care of that. Hate vacuuming? No worries, our cleaners will vacuum the common areas once a week. Want to meet people while you are here? Our organised socials will expose you to the entire Ride On Whistler family, a great place to meet some one to ride the slopes with.
